Day 16 - Favorite poem or collection of poetry

I'm a huge fan of Lewis Carroll's poetry, particularly The Walrus and the Carpenter and Old Father William. I can actually recite the first verse of Old Father William verbatim. Just a random factoid right there.

Day 15 - Your "comfort" book

Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman; this book really is too fantastic for words. Silly, but in the best possible way. Even the introduction - you know, that bit where the author sometimes blathers on about something that you may or may not be all that interested in - is funny. Hilarious, even.

Day 14 - Favorite character in a book (of any sex or gender)

Leslie (from Ink Exchange and Stopping Time): by far the most real YA protagonist I've ever actually read. She's vulnerable and even a bit fragile but oh so very strong where it counts. Honestly, there isn't a book or series that I've read more than five times yet. The most I've read a book is ...three times, I think? That was The Lord of the Rings.
